That’s my son

We were at LAX over the weekend, and at one point Doug took Aaron for a little walk before it was time to board. When they got to the big glass windows, Doug asked Aaron how many airplanes he saw. Doug said that he looked carefully out the window and began to count the planes: “Uno…..dos…..tacos!”

  1. I thought he just was confusing “tres” and “quatro” and somehow combining them into “taco!”, but today we were in the pool and we were counting in Spanish (now that I know he can do such a thing!) and basically whatever number I stop at he follows with “TACO!” So I am now thinking that it is more of an exclamation, like it is just the thing you say when you are finished counting something!
